During the speech many different types of rhetorical devices are used to emphasize certain parts. He uses many rhetorical questions trying to grab his audiences attention while they try to answer that question in there head even though Benjamin Franklin had already said the answer. He also compares his audience to instruments because whatever we hear we are echoing it and said it needs to be well administered for the constitution to actually work. Through this speech, Benjamin Franklin was trying to state and persuade his audience why the constitution is important and in what ways it will be possible for us to achieve it. With his speech, he was able to grab all of our attentions and make the constitution possible to write and follow in the future until today.
